Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China, in accordance with Chinese law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YY-Network Hub regarding the use of our services.
